Speak up

The Australian Financial Complaints Authority, or AFCA, is an independent authority that was set up to assist consumers and small businesses in making and resolving complaints about financial service providers.

The free service was set up 12 months ago, and dealt with more than 73,000 complaints in its first year that led to more than $185 million being awarded to Australian consumers.

Speak up

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be delving more deeply into the complaint-related information AFCA has made available.

In the meantime, have you complained to AFCA or had an issue that might be worthy of lodging a complaint? nestegg would love to hear about your experience. Contact us here
